Hi I have recently been diagnosed with spd - symphis pubis dysfunction and i am in agony today more than usual I really dont know how I am going to cope with this for another 10-13 weeks, 15 weeks if baby is late. any advice? I can hardly walk today. have had physio once and been given paracetamol. no one seems to understand how much pain I am in. x27 weeks pregnant, spd in agony please help, any advice?
