I don't have a specific diet i eat whatever, i eat a bit of junk food daily, however, eat prettty healthy as well, should i get a proper diet or should i keep eating what im eating
Im looking to bulk up and get ripped with a six pack, im not fat, however, i hav a bit of layer of fat at the bottom of my stomach.
