Excercise Advice! Help!?

Alright. If you can help me with one but not the other, that is fine, I am just combining questions!





1. How to get a flat stomach/nice hips?


2. How to get muscle?


3. Any advice on kinda big thighs?


4. Healthy foods?Excercise Advice! Help!?
1) I like MSN's Health and Fitness page: go to Women's Fitness (check out a variety of exercises there); you can also click on their Fit Zone, and then click on a body part (stomach and hips) to see exercises to do.


2) Lift weights or do machines to build muscle


3) Walking, treadmill, stairclimber to burn calories and fat


4) Follow the food pyramid; focus on having a balanced diet (lot of fruits and veggies)


Also: don't expect any miracle programs--they don't exist.
