I need to lose this quickly. any advice will help?

How can I lose about 1.3 to 1.5 pounds a day? I need diet tips on whaat to eat and exercise plans. I know this is unsafe but its only temp. I DO plan to diet regularly after. ThanksI need to lose this quickly. any advice will help?

In a day? Do you want to lose water weight or fat? If you want to lose fat you can lose 1lb a week, eating right and excersize. Diets do not work. End of story. If you want to stay thin and be healthy, eating right/small meals has to be a permanent solution. What happens once you get off the diet? You will start to eat like you used to, gaining the weight back plus more. Been there and done that. I used to be 100lbs overweight.





I would a seek a nutritionist.
quite simply if you don't buy it you won't eat it. If you are not an adult get a parent in on the diet with you, since the parent usually buys the groceries.


No sugars or colas.


No junk food, cookies, or chips.
Try the south beach diet. I'm on it. It works. And you don't have to spend any money if you check out the books at your library. The first part lasts two weeks and you will loose 8-13 lbs just in that part. Good luck!
