NEED ADVICE HELP PLEASE!!!?

Lets say you sign a one year gym membership contract. Which is 129 per month. Lets say there is no money in your bank account and the gym can't with draw money from your account because there is no money in it. Also you don't go to the gym anymore. What kind of legal trouble can you get your self into? I am basically not going to the gym anymore and I'm not paying the monthly fee because there is no money in my bank account. What will happen to me?NEED ADVICE HELP PLEASE!!!?
well my account will still let them draw money out even if there is none in the account so then your account will be in the negative which they can then prosecute so therefore you should cancel your gym membership and pay whatever fees the early cancellation there is.NEED ADVICE HELP PLEASE!!!?
the gym will probably send you a letter saying that you hadnt paid for that month, and ask you to retry paying, such as over the card by phone. It depends on what type of bank account you have too - the money mite have been debited from your account resulting in you becoming overdrawn but thats gonna cost you a fee. Mine is 拢30 per transaction. Again the bank will probably send you a letter informing you. Dont worry, everyone gets behind with payments now and again and im sure you will be able to come up with a new payment plan. By the way wot gym do you go to coz 拢129 is a hell of a lot of money to pay per month. I go to an excellent virgin one for 拢44.

Anyway if you cant afford to go any more, put your membership cancellation in writing and it usually takes 28 days from when they receive the letter (so one further payment im afraid) before youve fully cancelled from the gym.

good luck
