well, maybe be nice make them laugh try not to hurt them and if they ask if you like them tell them the truth i'm sure something good will happen. but if they're with someone try not to be so into her because you'll just end up messing with her feelings

And to flirt just smile alot, be interested in the conversation your having, make some jokes (but make sure they are appropraite for the type of girl your with), maybe tickle them.. like for me if a guy tickles me i think its cute. i'm a teen girl and i love it when i'm at the mall and some guys come up to me and start talking to me, its the greatest feeling. so just doing that is a really good start . then just ask her about her .. its an easy topic. that'll give you some ideas on how much you have in common i guess. ohh and make sure to add some hints so she learns some stuff about youu !
