well for serves remember your throws into the air should be a good one, that makes the difference and its okay if you mess up the first throw you have another chance just let it drop to the floor first. then for spiking, just remember to call for the set so you have a chance to hit and do your approach, if it's a good set and a good approach and swing it's sure to go over every time. then bumping, there's not much to say to that but just remember to keep your thumbs parallel and use your legs to get the ball up, not your arms. stay low (bent at the knees and weight is over your feet and on the balls of your feet so you can react quicker) and just get under the ball. it's best if you can get your shoulders behind it so you have more control.
hope this helps!!!Volleyball advice!!! Help.... PLEASE!?
In some leagues you can't drop the ball while serving so ask your coach about that.

okay well since you are a front row player, then you want to work on your vertical. Jumping up a few steps and then down is a really good method. Also working on your serve is a very important thing. Try serving below the antennas but still above the net. Work on serving areas too. A good serve is just as good as a killer swing. For passing you want to always get around the ball. Have your shoulders facing the target/ setter and don't swing your arms, or jump into the pass. Try passing on your forearms and not above the bend in your elbow, or with your wrists. I hope this helps, if you need anymore help just contact me.
on ur serving if u do it over-handed make sure u have a good toss and hit it on the bottom of ur palm.on bumping , well............. make sure ur thumbs are parallel NOT crossed and don't swing ur arms. just bend ur knees and like stand up DON'T swing.!
