You need to speak to Chloe privately and tell her that you like her and her friend is the one spreading the rumors. She needs to be aware that it is not you spreading the rumors, but her close friend. The reason why she probably said she doesn't like you as a boyfriend is because either she thinks you spread the rumors and want people to think you're hooking up, or she just plain out doesn't like you. If that's the case, you can't force her to like you.Gurls that give good advice...HELP!?
just be friends with her... and see where it goes
this sounds like DRAMA and in my school theres alot of that

but look dont let her get to you move on and pretend shes not there .. if theres another gurl that you find attractive become her friend because later if chloe sees you with this new gurl then she is going to get jealous for no reason ...

and then she is gonna try to flirt with you so then you guys can hang out again before the rummors where started
