I badly need guy advice...help.?

Ok. So i went out a couple of times with this great guy. we had a wonderful time. really got along so well. he called me once since then and texted a couple of times. and then for one whole week..nothing. So i just went about my business, and kinda started to accept that ..';ok, he's probably not interested anymore';....and then last night he texts me out of nowhere telling me that he misses me. i havent replied. i'm stumped. if he misses me so much, then why hasn't he called me? should i call him? i almost never do that, unless with a boyfriend. BUT I DO like him. Best date i've had in years. I have other potential suitors, but this is the guy who gives me butterflies. i want to play this right. what should i do?? i really like him...but i don't want to let him know, cause im usually very cool when it comes to things like this. but now, im completely stumped. Im 29, i shouldnt be playing games. but i don't want to mess this up.. HELP!!I badly need guy advice...help.?
Well, you also have to understand that other people have lives as well. Sometime you get swamped at work or stuck on the road for a week. What I'm trying to say is that a week isn't really that long, so I wouldn't torture him for that... just go w/ you heart give him a call, and be sure to give him a hard time for not calling (in a playful way)I badly need guy advice...help.?
maybe he didn't call thinking You would because if a girl doesn't call a guy back they usaully think the same thing ';man i guess she doesn't like me...';


its because guy think ';if i look to needy, then she thinks i want to tap it'; so if you call back it greatly releases the pressure of the guy thinking the same thing you are.

If it is a relationship that is going to last.. communication is essential. It is okay to ask him just try to be sensitive and not overwhelm him.
sure he seemed nice but he seems a little imature this is often what boys and girls do in high school and middle school so that they dont seem obsessed. or mabye he had something going on that kept him held up a little. it depends on you mabye you should ask him. he may have a perfectly good awnser or mabye he likes you so much that he thought he seemed desparate idk but use good judgement
